CLIMATIC CONDITIONS: A moderate spring and summer leading up to an autumn with higher than usual rainfall.
DATE OF HARVEST: 2nd April & 13th April 2017
HARVEST & VINIFICATION:
Hand-picked, de-stemmed and cold-macerated on skins for 5 hours then pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Gentle racking by gravity to keep maximum freshness.

ALC: 13.0% VOL
TASTING NOTES:
A pretty antique hue with fragrant aromas of white lilies and red florals with underlying hints of spice. On the palate expressive structure of early season strawberries, pomegranate and peach, underlined by refreshing citrus notes. A classical European style Rosé with a delightful long, crisp and textural finish. Dry, well balanced and complex.
